Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging where applicable.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval from our support team.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at admin@bestkitstore.com.
Depending on your location, you may be required to send the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact our support team to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
